When you create an account, we collect your first name, last name, institutional email address, grade level, and password. As you use the Site, we may also store information such as competitive event interests, service hours, meeting attendance, points earned, and event registrations.

We use the information you provide to operate the member hub, track chapter participation and points, communicate chapter announcements and events, and manage officer administrative functions such as attendance and point requests.

Passwords are never stored in plain text — they are hashed before being saved. Access to member data is restricted to chapter officers and advisors who need it to administer the chapter. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for advertising purposes.
Data Retention
We retain member account information for as long as your account remains active or as needed to support chapter recordkeeping. You may request that your account and associated data be deleted by contacting a chapter officer or advisor.
